The Macro Valve System (MAV) from Micro Matic is a closed loop keyed system. The robust stainless steel extractor valve remains in the container during the filling process and after dispensing. Suitable for stainless steel and PU coated containers.

Macro Valve technology offers the end user a durable, easy–to–operate, returnable system that will help solve container rinsing and disposal problems.

Integral to the design is a unique safety lock system which requires special tools for servicing, prevents unauthorized removal and provides increased user safety and greater product integrity.

All seal compounds have to be specified by the industry to ensure product compatibility.  The coupler is easy to use and provides additional security through the use of non–return valve to prevent unauthorized filling.

The safety neck system is self–venting and will relieve internal pressure within the container prior to allowing valve removal. The system can offer greater efficiency through high speed automated cleaning and filling.
